My experience includes several years working with Childhaven as a therapist and clinical program director as well as several years practicing individual and family therapy with Valley Medical Psychiatry and Counseling. I'm excited to be able to now accepting clients through my own practice and my partnership with Mindful Therapy Group in Renton. I will help you “re-frame” your automatic responses by increasing conscious response and decreasing automatic reactions. I will provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles as well as improve your self care and interactions with others.
